On 27.09.2007, Heinz Trox was awarded the Rietschel-Diploma by the "Rietschel-Stiftung" of the BHKS (Federal Industry Association of Heating, Air-conditioning and Sanitary Technology). The diploma was presented by Jürgen Diehl, President of the BHKS, during a special celebration at TROX GmbH.

The Rietschel-Diploma is awarded to an individual for outstanding achievements in the scientific, technical, economical or organisational promotion and development of the trade heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technology.

The BHKS recognised the constant and successful engagement of Heinz Trox in pioneering technical achievements and consequential further developments regarding ventilation and air-conditioning technologies, the early international expansion of the company and the world-wide appraisal and recognition of TROX products. The BHKS also rewarded the development and preservation of the exemplary corporate culture at TROX.

"In order to be successful, an entrepreneur needs excellent management and excellent staff. The ability to inspire employees and to motivate them to extraordinary performances is certainly an entrepreneurial virtue – this is not only true of the past but also of the future." With these words Heinz Trox not only expressed his gratitude to the BHKS for the diploma but also to all TROX GROUP employees.
